This 70ft narrowboat has been beautifully refurbished in 2022, with high quality fittings and bespoke, hand-built furniture.
Currently used as an office space, the interior could easily be adapted to create a permanent sleeping cabin at the aft end of the boat.
The boat is fully electric, with no gas installation. The heads features an electric ‘Cinderella’ toilet, which incinerates the waste.
Located at Cumberland Basin, the CRT mooring sits just inside Regents Park. Current mooring fees are circa £10,000 per annum.
The boat was last out of the water in 2022, when she was surveyed. Blacking and new anodes were fitted at this time.
The engine is not running. The exact age of the boat is not known, and the build date of 1980 is an estimate.
