Located just minutes from Brentford High Street, this 70 x 12 wide beam offers great accommodation in this rapidly developing area of London.

Moored on the River Brent, the tidal mooring is one of about ten boats at this location. The accommodation comprises of a large open galley and saloon, two cabins and shower room.

The heads are fitted with an electric flushing, cartridge toilet, with four cassettes. But there is also a composting toilet which could fitted instead.

Heating is from a Webasto diesel boiler, powering radiators distributed throughout the boat. Hot water is via a dual coil calorifier, heated via the engine and the Webasto.

The boat is currently minimally furnished as the current owners have moved on to another boat further upstream.

Current mooring fees are £1162/m on a rolling 12 month contract. The BSS certificate expires in March 2026, although a new RCD was issued in 2022, the BSS is not due until July 2026. The boat was last out of the water in 2019.

There is a car parking space available, if required, at an additional cost of £75/m + VAT.
