Recently refurbished, this charming barge makes the perfect pied-a-terre. With a secure mooring in Chelsea Harbour and excellent onshore facilities, the boat is ideal for someone needing to stay in London on a regular basis.
The interior has been carefully designed with a modern, clean aesthetic while maintaining the traditional character of the vessel.
There is easy access on and off the boat via the aft deck. Coming down the companionway, into the saloon, the galley is on the starboard side, which is well appointed with a gas hob, oven, and fridge.
Moving forward, through the elliptical aperture, the cabin has a fixed double bed and a good level of clothes storage. The heads are on the starboard side, with compositing loo, basin and shower. Although it is important to note, there are very good onshore facilities.
The owner is willing to contribute to the cost of the survey and blacking after receiving a reasonable offer. The mooring is subject to a transfer fee of £3,500+VAT payable to the mooring management.
Current mooring fees are circa £920 per month.
